Cincinnati to Hold Spring Pickup Games
With the season over and practice having come to an end for the 2008-09 year, The Cincinnati Bearcats would like to announce that they will be holding spring pickup games on Sheakley Lawn at UC every Wednesday at 7:00PM.
The Bearcats would like to welcome all college students in the Cincinnati area, as well as players from local men’s teams to come out and play. The games are free and teams will be selected each week by throwing in sticks. Bring your own light/dark reversible jersey and water as there is none readily available.
These pickup games will last until July at which time the games will be open to incoming, and prospective high school graduates. These game times will probably change as well so be sure to check the website for updates on summer ball. Those who have submitted recruitment letters will get emails with the information in July.
